Gentle Support. Real Results. Let’s Begin.
The PMDD Strategy Session is a one-hour deep, personalised exploration of your PMDD symptoms - emotionally, physically, and spiritually. We’ll look at your personal history, familial patterns, and the deeper root causes beneath the monthly chaos. From here, I’ll map out a tailored PMDD transformation journey for you.
There’s no pressure to commit, but if you choose to move forward, this session is fully redeemable against the full PMDD program. I only work with 10 women at a time on this 1:1 PMDD journey, so book your strategy session now to be the first to know when the next spot becomes available.
Whether you go ahead or not, you’re bound to get huge value out of this session, understanding your unique PMDD triggers much better. Whilst this session is fully redeemable, there is an upfront charge for it, since a lot of work (and love) goes into the creation of your personal PMDD Strategy, and I want to be sure that you are just as committed as I am to your transformation.
This work is not appropriate for those seeking a quick fix, a single supplement solution, or a purely pharmaceutical approach without engaging in meaningful lifestyle and nervous system support. It is not suitable for individuals in acute psychiatric crisis, those experiencing severe or unmanaged mental health conditions, anyone currently struggling with substance abuse or dependency, or those living in unsafe or unstable environments where basic safety cannot be ensured. In such circumstances, specialist medical, psychiatric, or safeguarding support must take priority. While naturopathic PMDD care can complement conventional treatment, it does not replace emergency services or intensive mental health care. This programme is designed for women who have a basic level of stability, support, and able to engage responsibly in long term, integrative healing. If you are confused as to whether your circumstances are appropriate, please email reception on Camilla@CamillaClare.com
“Beyond the devastation, our natural world also offers a wealth of healing resources. One can read the life history of a tree for example, according to the pattern of its rings, or find a map in the shell of an oyster, which tells the story of its life and relationship to the sea.
I have come to believe that we are all rather like tree rings and shell patterns in that what has happened to us leaves a permanent record. The goal of trauma work, therefore as I see it, is not to erase or cure but rather to expand and include and grow larger than whatever has happened to us. If one thinks in terms of integration and resolving rather than eliminating trauma, then there is a possibility of guiding a multidimensional human organism toward an experience of relative balance and resiliency.” (St. Just 2006, 168)
