PMDD Solution 1:1 Journey
Evidence-based, trauma-aware, and truly you-centred
Book Your PMDD Strategy Session
Let’s map out a personalised, natural plan to help you feel like yourself again—all month long.
Sound familiar?
If you feel like a totally different person before your period—overwhelmed by rage, sadness, anxiety, or exhaustion—it’s probably not just “bad PMS.”
It could be PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder). And if you’ve got it, you know it’s not just about hormones. It’s about survival.
Maybe you’ve tried supplements, meditation, birth control, even antidepressants—and yet, every month, it hits you again: the mood swings, the meltdowns, the guilt, the shutdowns.
You start to dread your own cycle.
You count the days until you get “you” back again.
You’re not broken.
And you’re not alone.
Around 1 in 20 women experience PMDD, but too often, the only options they’re given are hormonal meds, antidepressants, or even surgery.
That might work for some. But if you’re here, it’s probably because you want something more:
A natural, truly holistic, root-cause approach.
One that supports your body and nervous system… not just manages symptoms.
This is what I do.
I work with women who want to feel stable again. Who want to trust themselves, love their partners, enjoy their lives—and not have half the month stolen by something no one ever taught them about.
My approach blends:
Natural medicine & nutrition to support your physical body
Trauma-informed therapy to support what’s deeper
Mind-body tools to regulate your nervous system
Daily strategies that fit into real life, not just “ideal life”
A Bit About Me
I developed PMDD after leaving a toxic relationship and stepping into a new one. Each cycle, like clockwork, Day 21 would bring a tidal wave of rage, depression, and shame.
By Day 3 of the next cycle, it was like it had never happened. But the damage was real—my relationship, my work, and my self-trust and sense of self-worth were falling apart.
Natural medicines helped me somewhat, but it wasn’t until I started doing deep trauma work alongside the physical healing that things truly changed.
Now, I live symptom-free. And I’ve made it my mission to support other women on their own PMDD journeys.
The Missing Piece in PMDD Recovery Most People Overlook
Many women I work with have been through things—emotional wounds, difficult childhoods, toxic relationships—that still show up in their bodies and cycles today. Even if you wouldn’t call it “trauma,” your nervous system remembers. And you’re not alone.
In fact, research shows that women with PTSD are more likely to experience PMDD. And it’s not just personal trauma—sometimes, what we carry isn’t even ours. It can be passed down from earlier generations, sitting quietly in the background until something (like PMDD) brings it to the surface.
What I’ve noticed again and again in clinic is this: many women with PMDD find it incredibly hard to speak up for themselves. To say, “That’s not okay,” or “I need help,” without guilt or shutdown.
That’s a big part of what we work on together.
The methods I use don’t just talk to your logical mind (which only drives a tiny bit of our behaviour). Instead, we work gently with the subconscious—the deeper part of you that’s holding the old patterns and pain. This is where real, lasting change happens —without needing to relive anything or go back through every hard memory.
And what happens when those subconscious blocks start to shift? You start to speak up. Set boundaries. Trust yourself. Not in a dramatic, confrontational way—but calmly, clearly, confidently.
For many women, this is the first time they’ve felt that kind of power in their whole life. And it changes everything—how you feel in your body, how you show up at work, in relationships, even how you move through the world.
